2. Data we collect
Demo requests
When you send the form on the Contact page, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address and message, together with the language of the page.
Technical data
Like every website, this one receives technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request. This data is processed by our hosting provider.
Language preference
If you choose a language, the choice is remembered with a technical cookie, described in the cookie policy.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange a demo: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To operate the website and protect it from abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Retention
Demo requests are kept for the time needed to handle the request and the relationship that follows, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. The website itself does not store the content of the form: it is delivered to us by email.
5. Who receives the data
Your data is handled by our authorised staff and by the providers that run the website and our email, acting as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, security and email forwarding.
- Google Ireland Limited: email mailbox.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
These providers may process data in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to the address above: we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of the country where you live.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
