Only when you use the language switch (EN / IT). If you never use it, no cookie is stored.

2. Security cookies

To protect the website from abuse, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example when it needs to check that a request comes from a real browser. They are not used to track you.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block them, the website keeps working: the only difference is that your language choice is not remembered.
